Well, the basic typesetting is done, the illustrations are in place... And now the cover! All that's left now is to do one last interior illustration, and to inset the page template graphics for each story. Boys and & girls, Dreamscapes is nearly finished. After over 14 months on working on this bad boy, it's nearly there!

As stated before, I'm going to be doing a small run of these - but of course they will still be available for direct order. If anyone wants a copy with my signature, please place your pre-order by December 24th. I'll be offering them ON SALE for pre-orders, for $35 (within North America; +$5 shipping for international), whereas the final book price will be $40 before shipping, so you're saving quite a bit! The final formatting was a 239 page full colour soft cover book in a 7"x10" ratio.

Dreamscapes is appropriate for most audiences. There is a small amount of violence, but nothing too graphic. There's no real sexual content, though there is a touch of romance, fear, and villains. It would make a lovely yuletide gift for those who enjoy illustrated short stories~

This look awesome! I really like the borderwork but the whitespace between the images and the intricate border is distracting to me. My favourite covers are: the steamship, the ribbons, the lake, and the swan (I'm very much a fan of your lineless/softshading stuff even though I know it bugs you). Excited to get this!

Yeaaaah, I wasn't sure how I felt about the white space at first, but it's really grown on me... I think it'll tie more together with the physical book, since there's a lot of white space inside. (I hope so, at any rate!)

(yah, I don't care for the look of soft lineless stuff. I find it too vague and formless - which was exactly what I needed for some of these illustrations)

They'll be here in the next week or so! I'll post up photos when they're in my hands!

All your illustrations are so pretty, and I love the jeweled-frame-thingy here. The font your name is written in is pretty cool, too.

Thanks so much! I finally finished the last of the interior illustrations last night~ So now I'm trouble shooting my formatting, and hope to order my print proof tonight!
