Well, some of you might recognize this picture. Olllld Lineart that i posted up a long time ago.

I held off on colouring this one because i knew at the time I drew it I wasn't good enough to colour it yet. And after colouring I've realized I still wasn't ready to colour it. I was trying to use some new techniques picked up from One-Vox's wonderful tutorials. And I fail, epically.

Uhm, This is as finished as it'll ever be. i've gotten to a point of frustration where I'm jsut laughing stupidly at myself because i'm just making of mess of things trying to figure out why it doesn't look right. I separated too many layers, I fiddled with too many settings and lost my ability to shadow stone about half-way around the wall.

Anyway. I like the picture as long as i don't actually look at it for any artistic merit whatsoever. I hope you guys enjoy it anyway~

Oh, this is my Iblis. Originally drawn to be my next Featured Deviation, but in the interim, I ended up deciding Ahd'ar'ohk would be a better representative than Ibby.
Iblis is from my old Immortals story.

Not me and my backgrounds! i fail at theeeem. Every once in a while i force myself to do them because i want to be better at them, but i'm too lazy to really do them. I'm maknig an effort to consider them into my composition lately, though, so maybe they're be more showing up in my gallery. we'll see.
