That was really really sweet. It's obvious that Gun honestly cares about Arrow and wants him to feel loved. Gaaah, I can't even.
Oh my gosh.
I cannot use enough adjectives to describe the tenderness and just... care that I saw. I mean they're genuinely happy to be together in this moment. Gun is treating Arrow with so much sentiment
Holy flying tortilla chips people LOOK AT HIM! He's devoted in this moment. Emotionally. He's giving so much more than Arrow may realize he's receiving.
Okay, I'll switch my 'Fangirl Reaction' to 'off' now
But yes - Gun treats those he sleeps with very well! He is passionate, sexually expressive, and very much wants to please his lover as well as himself.
Arrow was not expecting Gun to be so giving, but he's enjoying the change of pace for every bit he can get!
Basically, EVERY option has some sort of benefit or set of highlights that the other relationships won't offer. It isn't that any option is any less valid or any less 'good' for the characters than any other - they will all simply lead to very different places. That's why I want to sort of showcase the differences and options in these opening chapters so that folks can see what their choices are!
